Good morning to Chief Rev. B.Sri Saranankara Maha Thera, all the Sangha members, relatives, friends and all Waki Family members. In the past 2 years, we were only able to gather via zoom due to the covid-19 pandemic. But today, which is an auspicious day, we are honor to be able to witness together the Presentation of Buddha and Arahants’ relics to Sangha Members from Sri Lanka for enshrining in 17 temples in Sri Lanka.
My heartfelt thanks that we met the late Sayadaw U Kittivara, who was so trusting and supportive to us during his lifetime. Therefore, we will carry out the Relic Missionary works continually and fulfill the wishes of the late Sayadaw on preserving and enshrining the Buddha and His Disciples’ relics to flourish and propagate Buddhism to another 2,500 years. Waki Relic Museum will make 1,000 of Acrylic Relic Pagodas of 75cm height to be enshrined in the temples around the world, and we will build 84,000 of Acrylic Pagodas of 38cm height and 3D Relic Pagoda to be enshrined in the temples and for the devotees to enshrine at their homes to flourish and propagate the Buddha Sasana.
