3 November 2022 - Tia Lee (a.k.a. Lee Yu Fen) is rumored to have been selected as the first of three artists for the launch a multi-million dollar international campaign through Hong Kong-based Thriving Influence to globalize C-pop music. This initiative is purportedly backed by some members of the billionaire Chearavanont family in their individual capacity. Tia Lee has signed a multi-year global agreement after being picked from a comprehensive list of established talents.

Tia Lee started off her singles music career with Taiwan-based Hung Jiang Dorian International Entertainment in 2016, launching her first single “Not Good Enough” in the same year which amassed more than 65 million views on YouTube. On the back of that success, Tia Lee subsequently released “We Should Have” in 2018.
Also in 2018, Tia Lee signed a multi-year contract with Beijing-based Yulele Fashion, Culture & Media and moved to mainland China to further her career. Yulele is the one of the leading talent managers in mainland China representing Hong Kong superstar Kelly Chen and internationally-renowned Chinese pianist Muye Wu.
Yulele invested heavily in Tia Lee and engaged leading Chinese composer Xiao Ke, to compose music for Tia. Xiao Ke, who composed the “Beijing Welcomes You” song, which was the feature song for the 100-day countdown of the 2008 Summer Olympics held in Beijing, China is a household name in China and beyond. “Beijing Welcomes You” brought together famous artists and entertainers from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan and South Korea to collaborate on an epic music video featuring the the largest contingent of music talents for a Chinese-language music video.
Yulele also arranged for Tia Lee to work with many top international music talents. US Grammy Award winning producers (Jeff Bova, Swizz Beatz, Timbaland and others), top US music video directors and leading dance choreographer Kyle Hanagami who choreographs for Jennifer Lopez and Blackpink, collaborated with Tia Lee through Yulele. In 2019, Tia Lee with the support of Yulele, released her first single under the management of Yulele, “Believe In You”. The rest of the songs produced with Yulele have not been released to date as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

More recently, the Thai-based family has been rumored to have signed Tia Lee and is expected to re-launch Tia Lee later this year as the first of three artists as part of a multi-million dollar international campaign to globalize C-pop.
Chearavanont family owns the multi-billion dollar True Corporation, one of the largest global media and entertainment companies with more than 23,000 employees worldwide.
